Step 3-4: Wear Parts and Chassis Service
The “heart” of the pump is the S-valve and wear plate. We replace these with brand-new, high-tungsten components to ensure maximum suction and pressure. Simultaneously, our heavy-duty mechanics service the chassis. Whether it’s a Mercedes, Scania, or SANY chassis, we perform a full engine diagnostic, brake overhaul, and transmission check to ensure roadworthiness.
Step 5-8: Electronics, Aesthetics, and Real-World Testing
Modern pumps rely on complex PLC controls. we test every sensor, remote control frequency, and emergency stop button. After technical verification, the machine enters our paint booth for sandblasting and high-grade industrial recoating. Finally, we perform a Live Concrete Test. We pump actual aggregate to verify that the pump can handle the pressures of a real job site. We provide the video of this test to the buyer as a final guarantee of quality.
