Direct answer: to import a used concrete pump truck from China, first confirm that the exact vehicle and engine configuration can be imported, registered or operated in the destination. Then verify the machine identity and seller, define the inspection evidence, agree a written quotation and delivery term, confirm the required export and destination documents, and control loading and arrival inspection.
A catalog page is a machine reference, not proof of current stock, ownership, condition, inspection status or import eligibility. Every point below must be confirmed for the exact serial number and destination before payment.
Six checks before importing a used concrete pump
- Destination rules: ask a licensed customs broker or the competent local authority to check age, emissions, road registration, axle and dimension limits, taxes, permits and any product-specific restrictions.
- Machine identity: match the model, serial number, chassis VIN, engine plate, year and seller documents to current photos and video.
- Condition evidence: agree what must be inspected and who performs it. Request dated dashboard, boom, outrigger, structure, hydraulic, pumping-system, chassis and engine evidence. Use an independent inspector where appropriate.
- Written quotation: identify the exact unit, price, currency, delivery term, included work, parts, documents, payment milestones, inspection acceptance and exclusions. Do not infer these from a general website statement.
- Documents: have the exporter, carrier, broker and destination authority confirm the documents required for that transaction. Names, numbers and descriptions must be consistent across the invoice, packing information and transport documents.
- Loading and arrival: agree loading method, securing, insurance responsibility, condition photos, shipping route, destination handling and an arrival inspection process.
