\u25cf La viscosit\u00e9 de l'huile pour engrenages utilis\u00e9e pour la bo\u00eete de prise de force (PTO) est celle d'une huile de transmission SAE 90 API GL-4 (l'huile pour engrenages Shell VG150 est fournie d'usine) ; il est obligatoire de remplacer l'huile toutes les 500 heures de fonctionnement de la pompe ou tous les six mois.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Le niveau d'huile de lubrification ne doit pas d\u00e9passer le niveau de liquide indiqu\u00e9 par l'orifice de contr\u00f4le du niveau d'huile ; sinon, cela entra\u00eenerait une surchauffe anormale du bo\u00eetier de prise de force, endommagerait les joints d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 des arbres d'entr\u00e9e et de sortie et nuirait \u00e0 l'efficacit\u00e9 de la lubrification.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Il est n\u00e9cessaire de v\u00e9rifier une fois par semaine les boulons de fixation du bo\u00eetier de prise de force et ceux du support afin d'\u00e9viter tout endommagement du bo\u00eetier de prise de force caus\u00e9 par une augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence des vibrations de l'arbre de transmission due \u00e0 des boulons desserr\u00e9s !<\/p>\n

Proc\u00e9dure de remplacement de l'huile de transmission de la bo\u00eete de prise de force (PTO)<\/h2>\n

1. Activez le\u00a0\u00a0camion pompe<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 mettre la pompe en marche et la laisser tourner au ralenti pendant dix minutes.<\/p>\n

2. Arr\u00eatez la machine, d\u00e9vissez le bouchon de vidange d'huile du bo\u00eetier de prise de force (PDF) et laissez s'\u00e9couler l'huile de lubrification et les impuret\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentes \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du bo\u00eetier de PDF.<\/p>\n

3. Serrez le bouchon de vidange d'huile.<\/p>\n

4. D\u00e9vissez le couvercle de ventilation, versez de l'huile neuve par l'orifice de remplissage situ\u00e9 sur le couvercle de ventilation, et assurez-vous que le niveau d'huile de lubrification ne d\u00e9passe pas la vis de niveau.<\/p>\n
