Mal funcionamiento del cami\u00f3n hormigonera:<\/h2>\n

Presi\u00f3n constante\u00a0\u00a0cami\u00f3n bomba<\/strong><\/a>, baja presi\u00f3n de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Fen\u00f3meno y razones:<\/h2>\n

Cuando el\u00a0\u00a0cami\u00f3n bomba<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0 Est\u00e1 funcionando, pero la presi\u00f3n de retroceso es baja, lo que hace que la tuber\u00eda en S se balancee d\u00e9bilmente y resulte dif\u00edcil de bombear.<\/p>\n

1. Regulaci\u00f3n incorrecta de la presi\u00f3n de una bomba de presi\u00f3n constante;<\/p>\n

2. La v\u00e1lvula de desag\u00fce de la bomba de presi\u00f3n constante est\u00e1 averiada;<\/p>\n

M\u00e9todos de eliminaci\u00f3n de emergencia:<\/h2>\n

1. Apriete hacia dentro el tornillo de ajuste de presi\u00f3n constante de la bomba de presi\u00f3n constante para aumentar la presi\u00f3n;<\/p>\n

2. Retire la v\u00e1lvula de rebose de la bomba de presi\u00f3n constante, f\u00edjela con tornillos cortos e instale directamente la electrov\u00e1lvula en el bloque de v\u00e1lvulas principal. (Los tornillos cortos se pueden desmontar y montar en otras electrov\u00e1lvulas de la obra).<\/p>\n

3. Gira hacia dentro, hasta el tope, el tornillo de regulaci\u00f3n de presi\u00f3n constante de la bomba de presi\u00f3n constante, de modo que la presi\u00f3n permita que el cilindro se mueva con normalidad. Una vez bombeado el hormig\u00f3n, vuelve a colocar inmediatamente la bomba de presi\u00f3n constante.<\/p>\n
