In order to reduce the mutual friction coefficient of the Trailer Pump working parts, reduce wear, lower temperature and prevent corrosion, a series of oil supply and discharge devices and their ancillary devices are used to supply lubricants to the lubricated parts. Maintaining good lubrication can greatly improve the service life and working performance of parts; after every 150 hours of concrete pumping, it is necessary to promptly check whether the seals at both ends of the mixing shaft are worn, whether the oil supply is normal, whether the sleeve is seriously worn, and whether the seals of the S-tube large and small bearing seats are lubricated normally.
S valve Trailer pump: before pumping, shake the handle of the lithium grease pump until oil comes out of each lubrication point in the hopper. The lithium grease pump needs to be hand-cranked 8-10 times for every 30 minutes of pumping.
Trailer pump for gate valve: Before starting pumping and after pumping, please pump the empty machine for 5 minutes until grease comes out of the lubrication points on the gate.
Note: After each concrete pumping, the pump must be left idling for more than 5 minutes until clean grease flows out of the four lubrication points.
● Use “00” non-extreme pressure semi-fluid lithium grease in summer
● Use “000” lithium grease in winter
The hazards of using inferior lithium grease:
● Easily clog the filter of the lubricating oil pump
● Accelerate the wear of the large and small bearings of the S-tube in the hopper
● Easily clog the valve core of the distribution valve.
Special note: Keep the oil tank clean when adding grease, and use oil produced by regular manufacturers. It is strictly forbidden to allow any dirt (such as wood chips, paper scraps, etc.) to enter the lubrication system.
